PAYMENT: I accept Paypal, money orders,and personal checks. Items paid by check will be held until check clears.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and must be insured. If you are a RI resident, or within a reasonable driving distance, I will gladly deliver the item to you after an appointment is made to do so. I will attempt to deliver once only so please honor your appointment date or call to reschedule prior to the appointment.

REPAIRS: I will no longer be taking repair requests starting 1/1/08. Please take care with your items or insure them when you shipped them as gifts. I will gladly give you a receipt for your item you purchased directly with Glass Mojo to help you collect any insurance claims that you have filed with the USPS. Please contact me to do so.

RETURNS: You may return and item that has been purchased directly from Glass Mojo within 7 days of purchase or receipt of item (if shipped). Refunds will be given (as a check) for the purchase price of the item less any shipping/insurance fees. Item must be returned in its original undamaged condition to receive refund. You must contact me prior to returning the item so I know its on its way back. If the item was bought at a gift store then it must be returned there. You may ship it to me, insured, so that it arrrives safely or I will arrange to meet somewhere public within 10 miles driving distance to receive the item. No exceptions.

CUSTOM ORDERS (PLATE PANELS): You may request a maker, color, or size of plate for a custom plate panel and I will try my best to find one to suit your request. However, I do not do custom plate panels with plates that are not obtained by myself. Simply because the plate could break or crack in shipment to me or during the soldering process. I wouldn't want a family heirloom to be damaged or a customer to be unhappy because of it.

All custom orders may be subject to a deposit depending on what the request is. Custom order prices will be determined by time frame needed, materials requested, type of glass, etc. and usually cost more than a current inventory item. I am open to new ideas so please contact me if you have a project in mind.

CUSTOM WINDOWS - I only do small to medium size insert stained glass windows. If you are interested in larger windows I can refer you to someone in RI who has the studio space to make them. Custom Window orders can take 3-4+ weeks to complete once the design is finalized and materials are on hand. Pricing for custom standard stained glass windows is usually $80-$100 per square foot (or more depending on the design and type of materials such as projects that incorporate plates, dishes etc.)
